Please read carefully the following information before you make your reservation with us.
All room rates are based on the rates written on the room chart, (please see room rate
chart elsewhere), and are subject to change without a notice. The rates are in”euro”.
During the season if there are any legal taxes increase or if we offer special promotions then the rates may change without any notice.
A guaranteed reservation, made with a credit card, (using the reservation form in our web site), is the only way to lock in a price or by using your Paypal account.
If you would like to reserve a room with us you can visit our web site www.zannishotel.gr check for room availability selecting specifically the room that you interested in, then use your credit card to lock in your room reservation .
Your credit card will not be charged if you cancel 7 days before your arrival date. A 50% charge will be charged if you cancel within the 7 day period and 100% if you don’t show up.
E-mail booked reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card number.
An invalid credit card number will cancel your reservation automatically.
In your request to reserve a room by e-mail we need your credit card
number and expiration date, your name as it appears on your credit card, and
the exact dates of stay (arrival day and departure day).
Phone booked reservations are made by depositing money into our account in the bank or using your credit card to lock in your reservation. A 30% of the total amount due must be deposited to the Bank. The deposit slip must be faxed to us and in return a confirmation will be sent to you which must be presented to the reception at your arrival day. The balance due will be paid at the day of your departure.
Early arrivals or late departures must be brought up to the reception in order to avoid additional charges to your room. It is upon management decision though to charge you a fee. If your arrival time is after midnight you have to inform us 24 hours before your check in time.
Please notify Zannis Ηotel of any changes or cancellations in your booking early
to avoid any charges or cancellation fee.
Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival day in order to avoid any charges.
If a reservation is cancelled within the 7th day period a 50% charge will be made to your credit card.
If a reservation is cancelled in the last 24 hours or you don’t show up, then the full amount will be charged to your credit card.
Of course, there is always room for special occasions or requests to find an understandable solution in order to serve you better.
We accept Visa/master card and Paypal, Discover, Dinners club and direct deposit.

To reserve a room online, you will be required to enter your name and a valid credit card number to guarantee your reservation.
For security purposes and protecting yourself, you must use a secure browser, ( Windows Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, etc.),
which supports the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) internet security protocol.
The SSL certificate enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions which makes your transaction secure and safe.
Guests have to registered at the reception prior their visit to the rooms.
